A Little More About Rachael…

Rachael discovered yoga through a high school cultural research project and was immediately drawn to its moral and ethical principles. She experienced its mental and spiritual benefits during college and even helped open a yoga studio in Virginia after graduating. Inspired by her own healing journey, Rachael delved into trauma recovery, studying with David Emerson and Peter Levine. She became certified in Gentle Somatic Yoga, working closely with James Knight, and pursued a mentorship in Traumatic Incident Reduction with Michelle Booth, LCSW. In 2024, Rachael added a certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork to her impressive repertoire.

​Rachael aims to promote global peace and harmony through her work. She believes that a comfortable body and mind are better able to live peacefully, and she hopes that her services will create a ripple effect of tranquility and well-being.
